Alhamdulillah, Ya Allah

Salam..
Waa..what a happy day is today..

Because our R&B Dome is floating us sefely!!!
Syukur Alhamdulillah(Segala puji-pujian pada ALLAH SWT)
It is what Allah wants to give us.

That day, we have our normal lecture with Dr.Wan Maimunah..We have a lecture about the architecture&design..until 11.30++

Then, En Wan B continued,he ask us to go to old swimming pool..with basis -'first come,first serve'..So, begin our journey to there. I can see all my friends are carrying their dome together.
Em, different kind of dome. There are big, small, square-shaped raft,rectangular and even triangle in shape raft. But, what ever shape or size it is, as long as it can float the group members, it is ok!

Our dome is being installed by 4 loaders(small tyres) tied at the 4 end of our raft.. That morning, we ready early in the morning as our raft still neat at the Bus stop near the PALAPES building..Look like it is so easy to pull the raft go to HBP, but it is not..We faced some problem with the uneven path and especially when we have to walk along the road..

That time, there are a lot of car already go out,so the road is quite busy. No matter what, we managed to reach HBP at 8am..
Then, we make decision to put tyre tube at the bottom of the raft. Just to make sure that the raft can make us float..
So, when we had reached the old swimming pool, there already group start to test their raft..We hear the scream of scare and joy from outside!Huh!I am speechless~

So after we had tied the tyre tube abd also some bottles at the edge of the raft. It is because most of the early group, they are fell into the water not because of their raft can not hold them on the water but they failed to make it balance!
So, the most consider aspect here is balancing that create by each of the members on the raft itself.

 Alhamdulillah, there are no news of drown people..Thanks a lot also to my HBP friends that help the other group when we want to put the raft into the pool. However, our group among the last group, so we still have much time to renovate our raft.
Honestly, the design of the model that we already given to En Wan B is completely different with our latest design..We do a lot of changing as to make sure it is floatable..

Many scenes of drama that day..there are screaming scene..maybe there are some of us who never or rarely go to pool or river or sea..or maybe they had bad experience of being at the water before..
Then, it come to our group testing, that time most of the other student are already back..No wonder as we are the last group!

Then, we go into the raft very carefully and I am sit at the middle!Actually, not is not as bad as what I think!
The most important thing is we managed to balance the raft!

Alhamdulillah again and again to ALLAH SWT~

For our next assignment in RAG 132, we must form a three-members group, and for our group's name-
2012 RECRUITS

Why we chose that name to represent our group?Actually, as for your information( the readers who is non-HBP people), we are now have an assignment based on ~2012 The End of The World!.Specifically there will terrible-incredible disaster will happen in 21 December 2012! Have you been watch 2012 movie?(actually I never watch it yet!) but from what I heard it is tell a story about what will happen 2012. Honestly, me myself 99% believe that it is just a MYTH!

I have read an article from the NASA stated that 2012 is not the end of the world!Maybe you can see through http://2012era.com
But it is better to be prepared, right?
Malay quotes says -Prepare the umbrella before it is rain(or Sediakan Payung Sebelum Hujan)

But what I believe 100% is we are now in the Final-Year World(Dunia Akhir Zaman)
Rasulullah SAW said that when he is sent to the people as the Last Messenger(Nabi Terakhir) to lead them to worship The Only One God, ALLAH SWT THE ALMIGHTY and the real path of life that is ISLAM, the time it is happen with the End Of The World(Hari Kiamat) is just like the distance between the 2nd finger(Jari manis)and 3rd finger(Jari Hantu). Just realise how close it is!!!!


Ok, back to my assignment part.
 Why we chose 2012 Recruits because we think we are one of the people who work to find out the way how to face 2012 Disaster. Not only, in aspect of time, money, effort but also we are giving our idea(buah fikiran) to create a fasilities, equipment or gadget that could protect and at the same time could provide food, drinks, clothes, medical assistance and etc.

The main material to buld it is by using BAMBOO.
Why?
Why not timber, aluminium or maybe iron?

That could proved why bamboo become the main material used in making PONDOK and IBU.
How about the criteria or requirement of the dome?
Actually, we are asked to build a dome but then one of my friends asked can we build not assemblelike a dome?yes!so we decide to make it more like a raft!
Beside that, it must could float all the group members and carryable by them also.
Then, is must be can be assembled in 30 minutes, and has life-span of 28 months!huh,what a long day!

For our group, we just use about 8 bamboos about 12 feet for the base and small bamboo for the upper part of the raft!And for the roof, we used use about 2x1.5 meter..called R&B DOME(RAFT -BAMBOO DOME) not rock and ballads one,k!

Today is the testing day, at the swimming pool!For sure, there will be frightened-like feeling felt by all, esp those who can not swim!(ya,just like me)
